Justice and Public Safety Minister Ted Flemming said the provincial government is considering introducing unmanned speed cameras on the province's roads and highways.

Flemming said the PC government will soon bring the idea to the legislative assembly.

Liberal MLA Denis Landry has voiced his support for the idea.
