Miramichi City Council has unanimously voted to sign new five-year lease agreements with three waterfront shops at Ritchie Wharf Park.

The three businesses that signed new leases are Brandi's Dairy Delight, Vera's Kitchen and Bar, and Under the Bridge Café.

These three businesses must be open from June 1 to Labour Day.
