Miramichi Ground Search & Rescue Open House

The volunteers with Miramichi Ground Search & Rescue are hosting a free open house at 71 Thornycroft Street. It’s open to the public with a lot of free activities including: face painting, glitter tattoos, photo booth, balloon twisting, hot dogs, and cotton candy. Princess Anna from Frozen will be visiting from 12-2pm, and Minion Dave will be visiting from 2-4pm.  Every hour there will be a free AdventureSmart “Hug A Tree” presentation.  They are also giving tours of the Provincial Training Centre, the members gear, and their command post.
