If you start to realize how much time we waist and then put that time into people you will have a much fuller life
I was able to take part in a sunrise ceremony on Monday they gave each person a chance to pray. then every person gave each of the other people a hug. What amazing relevance for all of us. To start a day in a reflection of how we can change the world together
